Heavy Metal Toxicity

cilantroHeavy metal poisoning may play a role in hormonal imbalances, cancer, thyroid problems, neurological disturbances, learning problems, depression, food allergies, parasites etc.

Here is a recipe for Cilantro Pesto – a powerful natural chelating agent. Or instead of fresh cilantro, you can substitute Young Living’s coriander oil which comes from the same plant.

The synergistic effect cleanses the tissues and  increases  urinary excretion of mercury, lead and aluminum.

Some say that 2 teaspoons daily for three weeks will clear toxic metals from the body and suggest repeating the cleanse  at least once a year.

Cilantro Chelation Pesto

4 cloves garlic, 1/3 cup Brazil nuts,  1/3 cup sunflower seeds and 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, 2 cups packed fresh cilantro, 2/3 cup flaxseed oil, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tsp dulse powder and Bragg’s liquid [or Miso].

Process cilantro and flaxseed oil in blender until chopped. Add garlic, nuts and seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until it is a finely blended paste. Add  Bragg’s to taste. Store in dark glass jar.  Can be frozen.
