Lymphatic Foot PumpHaving problems getting around?

Not as mobile as you would like to be?

Are you retaining fluid?

Lymph vessels are responsible for carrying toxins out of the body. And lymph fluid can become stagnant if you don’t move.

The lymphatic pump is an easy and effective treatment for getting the lymph fluid moving in the body.

I have had great success with seniors who are immobile or clients experiencing fluid retention.

Here are some of the essential oils that I have used on the bottoms of the feet in conjunction with the lymphatic pump technique:

  • cypress
  • mountain savory
  • cypress and sandalwood
  • cypress and tangerine

Other oils include:

  • basil
  • cistus
  • lemon
  • peppermint
  • black pepper
  • grapefruit
  • clary sage
