Common longevity factors of ancient diets:

  • Fruits mango, papaya, citrus fruit, apricots, mulberries and wolfberries

  • Apricots were soaked in water at night, then they drank the water in morning and ate fruit at breakfast

What is the common factor in all these fruits?

They contain compounds that stop cortisol production! You cannot have depression with low Cortisol levels.
