About Karen
Aside from my work as a clinical aromatherapist, I wear many hats: lifestyle coach, entrepreneur, intuitive counselor, consultant, trainer, natural health educator and researcher, writer, visionary, and spiritual mentor.
Besides operating a healing practice in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, I provide business coaching and training to aromatherapy students and distributors in Canada and United States. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring holistic practitioners, massage therapists, energy / body workers, and clients from all walks of life.
Over the past decade, I have taught workshops on natural skin care, beauty and anti aging, raindrop, neuro-auricular, vita flex, essential oil first aid, non-toxic home health, celebrating menopause and many other topics.
I have had the opportunity to personally study with four of the top aromatherapy experts in North America including Dr. Gary Young, Dr. David Stewart, Dr. Sabina DeVita and Linda Smith.
I have received training in other energetic healing modalities throughout Canada, U.S., and Europe including Reiki, Healing Touch, Energy Balancing, Ear Candling, Hanna Kroeger, Raynor Massage Therapy, EFT, Sound & Color Healing, VitaFlex and BodyTalk Access.
