Stressful events such, as, a death in the family, financial difficulties, family problems, losing a job, divorce, and worry are all part of life. However, when these type of stresses accumulate, it can compromise your immune system causing you to be more susceptible to physical and mental illness. Stressful events cannot always be avoided so it is important to protect your mental and physical well being by learning how to cope and keep your body replenished with proper nutrition.

Dietary Supplementation suggestions include: True Source Multivitamins, Super B, Super C, Multigreens, Omega Blue Soft Gels and Mega Cal.

The effects of stress can affect your brain by causing anxiety and depression. Stress affects your hair and skin causing some forms of baldness, eczema, and psoriasis, and it can also affect your mouth causing ulcers and grinding of the teeth.

You might want to try other essential oil blends, such as Trauma Life, Harmony, Joy, Humility, Valor, Ruta VaLa, Tranquil Roll-On as well as Stress Relief Roll-On.

Your heart could be affected  by stress causing periodic angina and disturbances of the heart rate and rhythm. The lungs may also be affected for those who suffer with asthma. Stress plays a big role on the digestive tract which can cause indigestion, ulcers, and an irritable bowel syndrome.

In order to help prevent the impact of stressful situations, start managing the sources that cause stress and problems in your life. Try considering your problem one at a time and look for solutions. Be positive, seek positive feedback. Occupy yourself and your mind as much as possible. Make a point of devoting an hour a day for relaxation that takes your mind off your problems.

Low Libido?

March 7th, 2010

Here is an unsolicited testimonial that I received from a massage therapist in High River, Alberta who had a client who was dealing with um- shall we say- a minor problem of male impotence.

“Mister (oil blend) and Goldenrod (single oil) worked for male dysfunction.

First let me say that those two oils were applied to the top of the feet and ankles.  One drop of goldenrod on the perinium.  WORKED GREAT!!!!!

Thank you for your help.”
