A New Generation of Essential Oils

Eucalyptus Globulus and other medical plants grown in Ecuador tend to grow 10 times larger and stronger, and contain more powerful essential oils than their counterparts in other areas of the world.

Dr. Gary Young describes the essential oils being discovered and researched in Ecuador as the “new generation” of oils available only through Young Living.

Medicinal Properties of Rare Essential Oils

December 27th, 2010

Dr. Gary Young has traveled the world in search of rare plants and botanicals.

One of his recent South American discoveries was Lippia Citridora

He searched for this plant for over ten years.

Aromatherapy pioneer Dr. Valnet used lippia for malaria, Hodgkin s, heart disease, asthma, depression, stress, insomnia and diabetes. Also to stimulate testosterone and estrogen production.

Lippia citridora is distilled at the Young Living farm in Ecuador.

Ruta is another exciting discovery. this plant was traditionally used by the Incas to drive away evil spirits and to cleanse the body in preparation for burial rituals.

Today, Ruta is used for anxiety, stress, depression, fear, upset children, colic, and trauma

False Canella

The False Canella plant resembles cinnamon but smells more like a combination of cinnamon and peppermint. A very strange aroma indeed!

Animal Scents Ointment

November 16th, 2010

Here is what one Animal Scents lover has to say about this multi-purpose ointment:

“While Animal Scents Ointment is fantastic for helping cuts and scrapes on horses, I also use it for several other purposes.

I use it to condition my saddles, bridals, and all of my leather horse equipment.

It is also great for leather shoes and purses. it does not change the hand of the leather, which is very important. It gives a lovely patina to old, scratched wood too.

My husband used it to lubricate the squeaky wheel my rats run on for exercise.

It is also a very good moisturizer for dry skin, chapped lips, sunburn, windburn, bug bites, and more.

A very small amount of a favorite essential oil will give it a different scent if other people or animals don’t enjoy the natural scent.”

Ingredients:

Mink oil, lecithin, beeswax, lanolin, sesame seed oil, rosewood, wheat germ oil, palmarosa, patchouli, myrrh, carrot seed oil, Melaleuca alternifoila, rose hip seed oil, geranium and balsam fir essential oils.
