Students will learn and practice ten vitaflex techniques. Course manual, resources list and certificate of completion provided.

The oils are dispensed along the spine like little drops of rain from a height of about six inches. Raindrop incorporates vitaflex, polarity, acupressure, massage and native American healing techniques. You will receive course manual, foot charts, resource list, assessment forms, case studies and certificate of completion.

Aromatics in your kitchen : Using essential oils to enhance food aromas and flavors.

Essential oils are distilled from the leaves, stems, roots, or flowers of plants and can be used in place of herbs, spices and flavoring agents to enhance the flavor and aroma of recipes. This course will look at how therapeutic-grade oils can increase the nutritional value of your meals. You will find they are extremely pungent and powerful, and you will be guided in how to incorporate them into items such as Ice Cream, Salad Dressings, Desserts and Beverages.
